EcoConcepts #47 Floor Sealer is designed with metal-free polymer technology for sealing all types of flooring, including difficult flooring where poor adhesion or powdering problems have occurred. It contains no zinc, phthalates or alkylphenol ethoxylates that harms the environment and interferes with industrial waste-water treatment processes.
For use on: Resilient, concrete, porous stone and terrazzo floors where maximum adhesion and resistance to powdering is required.
Sealer applications procedures: Strip floors using EcoConcepts’ #41 or #349 Stripper to remove build-ups of old finishes, sealers or waxes. Thoroughly rinse with cold water and let dry. Apply one or two thin to medium even coats of this product with an appropriate finish mop or applicator. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next coat. Drying time under normal conditions is 30 minutes.
Top coat application: Apply two to four coats of any EcoConcepts finish as per the label instructions.
